Scipione Di Marco Palleschi was born in Fontechiari, Frosinone, Lazio, Italy, on May 11, 1896. On October 11, 1913, he arrived in the United States aboard the SS Barbarossa, and his final destination was Schenectady. Before joining the military, he worked for General Electric.
On July 24, 1918, Scipione enlisted in the United States Army. He was a private serving with the 32nd Field Artillery's Battery F. Scipione died on October 10, 1918, of pneumonia. He is buried in St. John the Baptist Cemetery in Schenectady, New York.
