World War II (1939-1945)

Robert Warren Perkins was born in Claremont, New Hampshire, on July 18, 1918. By 1922, he was living in the city of Schenectady with his family. After graduating from Nott Terrace High School, he attended the University of New Hampshire.

Robert enlisted in the United States Army. He was a first lieutenant serving with the 60th Cavalry Regiment. On February 18, 1943, Robert died in Osaka, Japan, where he was a prisoner of war. He is buried in the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial in the Philippines.
