Concetto Lebathian Garigali was born in Italy on January 1, 1888. On October 11, 1913, he arrived in America aboard the SS Barbarossa. He settled on Van Vranken Avenue in Schenectady, New York.

On April 4, 1918, Concetto enlisted in the United States Army. He was a Private in Company H of the 312th Infantry Regiment, 78th Infantry Division. Concetto was killed in combat on November 6, 1918, during the Meuse-Argonne Offensive. He is buried in France at the Meuse-Argonne American Cemetery and Memorial.
