Konstanty Adach was born in Austria, on July 24, 1895. He arrived in America on June 20, 1911, after traveling with his parents on the S.S. Vaderland when he was fourteen years old.
Konstanty enlisted in the United States Army and held the rank of Private First Class. He served with Company B, 1st Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division. Konstanty was wounded at the Battle of Belleau Woods and died on June 23, 1918, at La Ferte-sous-Jouarre, France. He is buried in the Aisne Marne American Cemetery, Belleau, France.
