World War II (1939-1945)

Paul Berrian was born in Columbia, Pennsylvania, on January 26, 1916. After 1940, he was living in Schenectady, New York. Before entering the military, he worked for General Electric and the Schenectady Gazette.

In November 1943, Paul enlisted in the United States Army. He underwent his basic training at Camp Croft, South Carolina. He was a private serving with the 313th Infantry Regiment, 79th Infantry Division. On November 23, 1944, Paul died from wounds received in battle in France. He is buried in Memory Gardens Cemetery and Memorial Park, Colonie, New York.
