Adolph Huber, the son of Jacob and Anna (Kleiner) Huber, was born in Switzerland in 1880. On October 15, 1890, he boarded the Ship Noordland to travel to America. Adolph lived in Schenectady and worked as a machinist.
On May 2, 1898, Adolph enlisted in the United States Army. He held the rank of Sergeant and served with Company A, 301st Tank Battalion, Tank Corps. Adolph was unintentionally killed by an aerial bomb in France on September 1, 1918. He is remembered at the Somme American Cemetery and Memorial, France.
