Adolph Huber was born in Switzerland in 1880. At the age of ten, he boarded the Ship Noordland to immigrate to America, arriving on October 15, 1890. His final destination was Schenectady, New York. He was working as a machinist before he entered the military.
On May 2, 1898, Adolph enlisted in the United States Army. He was a sergeant serving with Company A, 301st Tank Battalion, Tank Corps. Adolph was unintentionally killed by an aerial bomb in France on September 1, 1918. He is remembered at the Somme American Cemetery and Memorial in France.
