Felix Napiorkowski was born in Rosin, Russia (Poland) on July 18, 1888. On June 14, 1907, he arrived in America on the President Lincoln, and his final destination was Schenectady, New York. Before joining the service, Felix worked for the American Locomotive Company.


On July 18, 1917, Felix enlisted in the United States Army. He was a Private in Company A of the 23rd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division. On October 4, 1918, Felix died of wounds received during the Meuse-Argonne Offensive. He is buried in the Meuse Argonne American Cemetery and Memorial, France.
