Antonio DiVeglio, the son of Guiseppe and Luigina (Potente) DiVeglio, was born on March 17, 1922, in Scotia, New York. He worked at the Army Depot and went to Scotia Glenville High School.

On November 24, 1942, Antonio enlisted in the United States Army. He held the rank of Private and was part of Headquarters Company, 119th Infantry Regiment, 30th Infantry Division. On August 10, 1944, Antonio was killed in battle in France. He is buried in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Schenectady, New York.
