Kenneth Lloyd Fetter, the son of Jeremiah and Ouida Fetter, was born on March 31, 1947, in Schenectady, New York. He worked at the Sandy Sals Company after graduating from Scotia Glenville High School.
On November 10, 1966, Kenneth enlisted in the United States Army. He held the rank of Sergeant and served with Company C, 2nd Battalion, 18th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. On February 20, 1968, Kenneth was killed in action close to Lai Khe, South Vietnam. He is buried in the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Colonie, New York.
