Warren Clinton Earles, the son of Clinton and Bertha (Turner) Earles, was born on December 28, 1916 in Middleburg, Schoharie County, New York. He attended Union College while residing in Schenectady, after graduating from Cobleskill High School.
In September, 1943, Warren enlisted in the United States Army and attended Camp Wheeler in Georgia for his basic training. He held the rank of Private First Class and served with Company K, 351st Infantry Regiment, 88th Infantry Division. On October 12, 1944, Warren was killed in combat in Italy. He is buried in the Evergreen Memorial Park, Colonie, New York.
