William Joseph Osborne was born on March 4, 1928, in New York State. He worked in Schenectady as a stock clerk.
On November 5, 1943, William enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and participated in World War ll. He held the rank of Corporal and served with Company F, 2nd Battalion, 18th Marines. During the Korean War, William died in an automobile accident in Lakewood, New Jersey. He is buried in Park View Cemetery, Schenectady, New York.
